From humble beginnings to becoming a world-class information management, consultancy and technology solutions company focused on IT solutions.

iTMaster was the brain child of 3 visionary women from different facets of life. The common factor was that these women had a passion for excellence and a vision to establish a company that would be a company of choice. It was then that Ina Venter, Leah Matlala and Dr. Ven Pillay saw their vision take form and iTMaster was born in 2001. It was the first all women-owned and -managed SMME in Limpopo, and iTMaster was instrumental in delivering quality services to several government and state-owned entities.

These visionary women had a strong sense that this company would revolutionise the way business was done and that one day, iTMaster would become a “world-class” company of choice. More than a decade later, iTMaster has fulfilled that vision. The leadership has changed but the vision has been achieved and today iTMaster is a multi-million-rand ICT company of choice. The ICT industry is ever changing and ever expanding.

iTMaster has positioned itself to embrace this in order to ensure its clients are at the forefront of technology and can be afforded ICT services that distinguish them as a company of choice. iTMaster prides itself on its people and the ability to listen and understand its clients. The key factor is building long-term sustainable relationships and partnerships.

This is echoed and continually practiced to accelerated iTMaster’s success and growth. iTMaster is a level 1 BBBEE contributor, being majority women-owned and youth-owned, with more than 20 years’ experience in all the sectors of the ICT industry.
iTMaster has a presence in all nine provinces within South Africa and is an ISO-certified company.
