National Member Meeting
The National Meeting for PURCO SA members' senior procurement and finance executives will be held on 23 August at the Sandton Convention Centre. The meeting will start at 10h00 and run to approximately 15h30 and will include lunch. The Meeting is a national forum for procurement decisionmakers of PURCO SA Member institutions. It has a strategic focus and plays an advisory role on procurement matters to both the PURCO SA office and the Board of Directors. The Meeting is chaired by the PURCO SA CEO.
Sponsored Meeting delegate
PURCO SA will sponsor one free National Meeting attendee per Member institution. The sponsorship includes the National Meeting, Dinner, and accommodation at the Garden Court Hotel on the night of 23 August. Delegates may upgrade to the 5-Star Sandton Sun Hotel.

PURCO SA Members may book additional staff to attend the National Meeting. Costs are:

Terms and conditions
Changes
All changes will incur a R125.00 fee per change.
Bookings made after 31 July will incur a 10% late booking penalty.
Payment due before event
Payment is due within 30 days but no later than 30 July. All bookings will be provisional until payment is received. Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable. Immediate payment is required for bookings after 30 July. Late payments will be subject to a 10% penalty.
Cancellation of exhibition stands and staff bookings
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:
- 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
- 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
- Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.
Supplier attendance
Suppliers may only attend GO CONNECT 2022 if they are exhibiting at the event.
Price increase after 8 July
We are keeping costs down as long as possible. To benefit book before 8 July after which hotel rates return to normal and prices increase by 10%
