Exhibitor Staff Packages

Terms and conditions

Supplier attendance
Suppliers may only attend the event if they are exhibitors. All staff manning an exhibition stand or attending the event must register.

Non contracted suppliers
Suppliers who do not have current contracts with PURCO SA may apply to exhibit. A 10% additional fee will be levied.

Changes
All changes will incur a R125.00 fee per change.
Bookings made after 31 July will incur a 10% late booking penalty.

Payment due before event
Payment is due within 30 days but no later than 30 July. All bookings will be provisional until payment is received. Unpaid bookings will automatically be released, but are subject to cancellation penalties if applicable. Immediate payment is required for bookings after 30 July. Late payments will be subject to a 10% penalty.

Cancellation of exhibition stands and staff bookings
Replacements are allowed at any time. Cancellations will incur a R125 fee plus the following penalties:

• 60+ days prior to event: 10% cancellation fee
• 31 to 59 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
• Up to 30 days prior to event: 100% cancellation fee.
