Lennox Wasara is the resident financial and economics expert on 947’s breakfast show, Anele and the Club, which is Johannesburg’s most fun breakfast show. He also hosts the University of Pretoria’s LeadUP podcast, focusing on leadership and successes of high impact Alumni.
In these roles Lennox has interviewed Oscar winners, Executives, Ministers, Athletes and many more, and worked with some of South Africa’s leading business and sports brands.
He joined Primedia as a freelance sports anchor in November 2021, and his voice is heard on weekends in Gauteng on 702 and 94.7, and in the Western Cape on CapeTalk and Kfm.
Lennox has been nominated four times at the SA Radio Awards and in 2021 he won the Business and Finance Radio award in for the Black Umbrellas Business Show in the combined category – an incredible feat for a 24 year old only two years broadcasting experience.
