UCT Foods Services (Pty) Ltd t/a Food and Connect was established in 2017 to build a food business that transforms the food offerings on UCT’s campus as the first choice for good food.
Our purpose is to develop a variety of healthy, delicious, quick and easy, and affordable food offering for all customers - 30 000 students and 6000 staff - in a space where they can relax, socialise and simply connect. In addition we supply food ingredients for 4200 resident students daily.
Food and Connect’s core values of transformation, wellness, sustainability and scalability are embedded into the ethos of our business.
