Bidvest Facilities Management, previously TFMC, was originally formed in 2000 and operated predominantly internally within the Telkom business. They were acquired by the Bidvest Group in 2012 and operated as TFMC for a short period, and subsequently underwent a complete name and branding change in 2015. Bidvest Facilities Management, as it is now officially branded, forms part of the Services Division and is housed within the Facilities Services cluster. We are headquartered in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa.
With almost 2 decades of experience within the facilities management sector, we are renowned for having the most competent technical skills and experience within this sector, covering all aspects of facilities management services generally, mechanical and electrical maintenance and engineering, environmental health & safety, energy and project management. We consciously continue to focus on ensuring we are the leaders in technical expertise within facilities management industry, and to this end, we operate a sector leading technical training academy that continues to develop various technical skills, not only for our company requirements but also for the country as a whole, and assists us in targeting our focus on skills development in previously disadvantaged communities.

We provide expertise across various disciplines, complemented by our robust processes, which is underpinned by our comprehensive SAP technology platform that seamlessly brings them all together.
Our clients are varied and operate across multiple industry sectors covering in excess of 28 000 buildings (this includes offices, retail shops, call centres, data centres, mast & towers, ablutions, security huts, street cabinets, cable stations, carrier rooms, containers, equipment rooms, exchanges, node rooms, access roads and parking structures) covering 23 million square metres of commercial space throughout South Africa.
Our national footprint encompasses 12 regionalized strategic offices and 34 satellite sites around the country including some remote locations, providing facilities management solutions and services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To further enhance and augment our service offerings, we operate a contact centre, comprising of a standard call centre or help desk platform or a more advanced Building Control Centre (BCC) offering which is continually updated with emerging digital technologies and solutions to deliver operational efficiency, detailed analytics and significant cost savings to our clients.
